To raise funds, to preserve and restore the Administration Building/Hall of Justice complex including landscaped grounds. The five (5) Board of Supervisors’ appointees shall become a standing committee of the Conservancy Board of Directors continuing the responsibilities to advise the Board of Supervisors regarding the maintenance of the Civic Center complex consistent with the Civic Center’s status as a National and State Historic Landmark, and to review projects which would affect the appearance of the Civic Center.
No specific qualifications are required for appointment.

15 Directed by a Board of Directors of up to fifteen members, five of which shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors (the fifth appointment shall be a member of the Board of Supervisors) and the remaining members selected by the Board of Directors of the Conservancy.
