Purpose/Duties
To review all flood control projects as well as the proposed annual budget for the zone and, in both cases, advise the Board of Supervisors of their findings.

Qualifications
Members must be registered voters of the zone. ** NOTE **: The zone exists only for the possibility of future capital projects, maintenance being performed by and at the expense of the City of San Rafael. The City of San Rafael also reimburses the zone for its administrative costs.
