Purpose/Duties

To advise Parks and Open Space staff and the Board of Supervisors on all matters relating to projects and programs: (a) that can be conducted with funding from the budget of County Services Area ("CSA") #20; and (b) that affect lands of the Marin County Open Space District contained within the boundaries of CSA #20.

Qualifications

All members must live within or own property within the boundaries of CSA #20 but cannot live or own property within 500 feet of the lands of the Marin County Open Space District contained within the boundaries of CSA #20.

Reimbursements For Expenses/Per Diem

Beginning October 1, 2022, a stipend will be available for members of boards and commissions who self-certify to household income below the County self-sufficiency standard. For more information or to  apply to the stipend program, see the Board Stipends Program Webpage.

Time and Day of Meetings

Minimum of 1 meeting per year. Times and dates of meetings to be announced.
