Purpose/Duties
To review referrals of all planning projects for the Planning Department including master plans, subdivisions, design reviews, rezoning applications, general plan amendments, and environmental review documents; also review of major public works projects that significantly impact the community.

Qualifications
Members shall include a representative of the College of Marin and 5-7 local residents who should include persons of expressed interest and expertise on land use planning and environmental issues, plus a representative of the business community. Members represent the unincorporated areas of Kentfield and Greenbrae.

Reimbursements For Expenses/Per Diem
Beginning October 1, 2022, a stipend will be available for members of boards and commissions who self-certify to household income below the County self-sufficiency standard. For more information or to apply to the stipend program, see the Board Stipends Program Webpage.
Time and Day of Meetings
Second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in Room AC 229.
