Purpose/Duties
To review all flood control projects as well as the proposed annual budget for the zone and, in both cases, advise the Board of Supervisors of their findings.

Qualifications
Members must be registered voters of the zone. ** NOTE **: This board is concerned with implementing a master drainage plan and maintenance of drainage ways, and pump stations.

Number of Members
Five members, who shall be residents of Flood Control Zone. No more than one member shall be a resident of Sub-zone 4A.
Reimbursements For Expenses/Per Diem
None is authorized.
Time and Day of Meetings
At the call of the chair or staff only when there are specific items to discuss.
