  • The Primary Contact will receive email notifications for account verification.
  • Any contacts with the Notifications Recipient box checked will receive email notifications for any account creation and the creation/update of a Notice of Termination.
  • All communications will be sent via email unless a reasonable accomodation is approved. Contact County staff with any questions (415) 473-7309.
