To review, evaluate, and communicate to decision makers and the public on all matters pertaining to disaster preparedness.

1 County Supervisor as Director and 1 County Supervisor as Alternate Director; 1 consumer representative appointed from each supervisory district (5); 1 At Large; 1 County Health and Human Services representative; 1 County Public Works representative; 1 representative of Marin County Council of Mayors and Councilmembers; 1 Marin Managers Association representative; 1 Fire Chiefs’ Association representative; 1 Police Chiefs’ Association representative; 1 representative of the Marin County Interagency Disaster Coalition; 1 Office of Education representative; 1 Emergency Medical Care Committee representative or emergency medical services administrator; 1 Marin Economic Forum representative; 1 representative of the Marin County Office of the American Red Cross, Bay Area Chapter; 1 Marin Transit representative; 1 Access and Functional Needs representative and 1 Marin County Special Districts representative.
