Purpose/Duties

To advise Parks and Open Space staff and the Board of Supervisors on all matters relating to projects and programs (a) that can be conducted with funding from the budget of County Service Area ("CSA") 33; and (b) that affect County lands contained within the boundaries of CSA 33.

Qualifications

All members must live within or own property within the boundaries of CSA #33, but cannot live or own property within 500 feet of the lands of the Marin County Open Space District contained within the boundaries of CSA #33.

Reimbursements For Expenses/Per Diem

Beginning October 1, 2022, a stipend will be available for members of boards and commissions who self-certify to household income below the County self-sufficiency standard. For more information or to  apply to the stipend program, see the Board Stipends Program Webpage.

Time and Day of Meetings

Regular meetings held twice a year, generally during the second week of March and October. Please call 473-6387 for additional information.
